About MeI am a counselor, wife, mom, and stepmom in Syracuse, NY.
I became a therapist because I love getting to know people, helping them to understand themselves better, and offering alternative perspectives that they may not have considered in the past. Although I am able to help individuals with a wide variety of problems, I particularly enjoy working with college students/ young adults, as well as others who struggle during periods of transition in their lives. One of the major transitions that I've personally faced was becoming a stepmom, several years ago. My experience in this area has given me the desire and the motivation to support others who are struggling with complicated step-family dynamics. |
